The humorous commercial hippies duo started their musical history together scratching up long play records at various parties in around cape town, but their typically rugged good looks and winning personalities needed a less claustrophobic environment to breath, so they left the night club nigh life and headed for the great outdoors where their love of nature (and of course banging psychedelic trance) evolved into the force that they are now. their first release "where dreams come from" on Nano records received a figurative standing ovation from trance lovers the world round and although maintaining to keep the success from going to their heads would be well understood if they let it do so.

Mantrix have been known to run their own nights, in which they provide all the music for the whole night, including everything from live ambient performances with middle eastern musicians and vocalists, to live Hard Trance sets and DJing everything from World music, to funky disco sets, to full on Psy-Trance.”

Pondscum is some guy called Luke from Melbourne, Australia, who has been writing as Pondscum for about 4 years... he favours a dark, heavy, psychedelic form of trance
driven by thick, bass heavy grooves. He'd like to think he does his own thing, and that
he really only writes music because he enjoys getting out of his computer chair to
dance around his room to music that really floats his boat, which may be true.... the fact that other people feel similar such impulses really is a bonus.... The sweet spot
is 142-145 bpm.

Tetrameth - an extremly original blend of morning/progressive trance. This man's music has an added layer of technical musicality, which truly makes the end result a beast of its own. A performer and life time musician, Tetrameth graduated with a diploma in contemory Jazz at the "Conservatorium of Music" on the North Coast of NSW. Playing in bands for several years, Peter Hayes (as he is sometimes known) is now producing psy trance at a world-class level, truly pushing and surpassing boundaries previously set within the genre.A genre or style he likes to call "Technical Progressive". In early April this year Peter released Tetrameth's debut album "Psycological Pyrotechnics" on Zenon Records,and since then has been busy playing all over the country treating audiences with his fresh blend psychedelic,melodic morning magic. A definate sunrise pleaser.
